Click on a text object. Create a frame in the Inspector and then increase the "Text margin." It increments/decrements by 0.2 rather than 0.1 sp.

Severity S4 - Minor S5 - Suggestion

This is currently by design - the increment values were tweaked for 3.0 to be more generally useful. But while some of the changes were improvements, some of them I find less so. It would be worth starting a discussion in the forum regarding this, and seeing if there are specific controls where there is consensus that a change to this value would be generally agreed upon.

For me, it's the offset fields - they used to go by 0.5 which maybe was too much, but now it's 0.2sp, which I don't like because it makes it hard to get to the value of 0.5sp, which is a generally useful value since it corresponds to the distance between a staff line and the center of the next space.

For me, 0.5 is good, 0.1 is OK, 0.25 could arguably be interesting, but 0.2 is one of the worst choices, at least when it comes to offsets, for the reason I mentioned. For other fields it is much less clear what is best.

Downside of 0.25 is that it is not compatibile with the 0.1 keyboard nudges, so it would be impossible to get the same results using these two methods. Having .1 in both places would make things consistent, but would feel too fine mostly. I suppose it could be nice if you could use Ctrl+Up/Down in the Inspector to switch to 1.0. Overall, though, I think returning to 0.5 for most of these makes sense.
