When inserting new notes (in a second voice) the ledger lines under the gran staff are not showed. You can drag the note but lines are not showed. Sometimes some lines up are showed.
You can test the last note.

The note you entered there is an F2, so no ledger line needed. You than changes its (chord) offset (probably double click then drag it around) so that it apprears lower.
Selecte that note and check inspector to see, x-offset 0.12 (almost nothing), y-offset 1.96 (almost 2 spaces down).
So don't drag notes after a double click
