Multiple formatting errors - All meine Quellen
Several formatting errors occurred when switching from MuseScore 2 to MuseScore 3. It seems that the formatting from the previous versions can't be transported completely to the newer versions.
How to recreate the issues:
Load one of these files with MuseScore 3 (tested with version 3.0.4.5763) and compare the results with MuseScore 2 (tested with version 2.1.0 Revision: 871c8ce). This issue will happen on both Windows 10 1809 and Kubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Issues:
"Alles, was ich hab.mscz": Takt count per line differs, tempo sign moves away from the given position
"Herr, wir bringen in Brot und Wein...": "Intro:" text in texter moves upwards and becomes smaller
"All meine Quellen entspringen in dir ...": Text elements (numbers and note) go upwards a bit by random
Expected behavior:
MuseScore checks if the file version is 2 or older and (in version 3.0) adjusts the objects in the GUI according to the older version.
Thank you very much

The issue tracker somehow removed one of the files mentioned before. Here it is.
I don't see it being removed, so now we have it twice
Anyway, layout changes are to be expected. And in most case (here in all) easy to fix.
In the 2 Intro cases you're using Frame text, in the working case Texter text, different styles apply, hens the different layout. The circled numbers are fingerings, where you really meant staff text, so again different layout applies, here also with autoplace and collision avoidance.
BTW: you're using slurs in some places where ties would be due.
