That's because of #285361: Footer: add 5mm Y-offset to place within margin, so I'd like to close this as a duplicate. If you're in doubt, please attach your score. Meanwhile, the solution is as described in that issue - add a positive vertical offset to the footer style.

I do believe this to be a duplicate. The same score looks fine in version 2.3.2.
