Common instruments lists all

My belief is this affects master but not 3.0.5, although I haven't tested exhaustively enough to be sure what is going on. But as it is, for me, if I start a build from master, immediately go to Edit / Instruments (using the default score), and click to expand "Woodwinds" or any other group, I see all instruments in the group even though "Common" is clearly selected at top. if I change to another genre then back, it works as expected, but the next time I return to the dialog, I see the same bad behavior.
