Workaround:

  • after the first weird move of the left anchor, move the right anchor back
  • then, moving the left anchor works
  • finally, edit the .mscx file, the offset and off2 XML tags in the Segment tag, to get even spatium numbers for the offsets (e.g. 2 instead of 1.905)

Still annoying, and this worked in MuseScore 2.
