moving imported image

Hi dear list!

I'm importing some svg images to my score, is there a way to move the image with the keyboard arrows for finer control? I've been dragging and adjusting the values in properties, but since i have to do this quite a bit, it would greatly help to use the arrows. Is there a way to set this up?

many thanks in advance!

I've never done this so I'll help you with a question. When you select the image, do you get offsets listed in the inspector (F8)? If so, you can use this. You can enter negative number to move farther to the left or up (like -2.00 sp) if these exist.

Probably not.

Up to my very limited knowledge, insert images is intended as an "Inside some frame" into MuseScore (vertical, horizontal, text frames). SO... I guess (just guess) all the image values are related to the main frame values.

You can change it with the Inspector panel, not with the arrow keys.

Here is an example made with MuseScore 3.0.5:

Did you know?
With the image selected, one can hover the mouse cursor over an Inspector offset (X,Y) value and use the mousewheel to change values. It works nicely - the image can be easily moved left/right or up/down without entering numbers.
