1) SATB template (test file: system text mmrests parts.mscz )
2) Enter some measures, and add a system text at the beginning of other empty measures (which will be in mm rest in the parts)
3) Create parts (new all -> Ok)
4) Look in the parts
Expected (as in 2.3.2) : system text appears in the parts
Current result : system text hidden, and reverts visible by disabling (pressing "M") the mm rests

Confirmed. Same result in 3.0.5. It works for repeat & tempo text as well as rehearsal marks but not plain system text.
Turns out this is a duplicate of #38941: Staff texts after the first are ignored in multimeasure rests. There is a second "invisible" (because it contains just a single space character) system text n this example. Remove all text from that measure and add a new system text, now it appears.
