I'm not sure is this even a bug that should be fixed...
1: Change language in Preferences.
2: You see two weird grey areas appear to the top and the bottom of the window.
If you press OK to change the language, the grey areas stay.
If you press Apply, they disappear after sometime.

Weird. Now it doesn't happen anymore.
Which OS / environment did this appear on?
Has anybody else ever experienced this? Otherwise i'd vote for closing this as not reproducable (which should be selectable in the "Status" options imho)
