A regression in master introduced by the tick/fraction change.
1) new score for flute
2) enter notes into measures 1 & 2
3) add instrument change text to measure 2
4) right click the text, change instrument
5) select Alto Saxophone
Result: the notes are not transposed
Simple fix, PR forthcoming.
