When generating MIDI from Parts, only the first part contains midi, other parts are empty.

Create a string quartet
Typ some notes
Generate parts
Export parts to MIDI
Inspect part-midi files
Result achieved: first part contains MIDI notes, other parts don't (only some CC stuff, reset etc.)
Result expected: all parts contain MIDI notes

Severity is blocking for me, as my workflow includes using midi generated from parts.

Does this happen with File > Export parts (with main score being the active tab) or also on File > Export (with any of the parts being the active tab)?

Very strange ..... right now I can't reproduce it.

Today in the morning, I upgraded Musescore to 3.1 Release, it was lauched immediately form the setup wizzard -> problem as described.
Now in the evening, I had a fresh rebooted system, launched Musescore under my regular user (no admin rights) and it work as expected, i.e. I get all instruments generating part midi as expected.

Very, very strange .....

Ahhhhh .... apparently, I still have the Beta installed, that's why it worked. I will remove everything and reinstall 3.1 release.

I can confirm, the problem still exists.
