In the attached score, select the measure rest in measure 5, open the inspector and uncheck "visible". Select the note and press "x" to flip the stem direction. Observe that there is now no space between the bass clef and the note. For proper placement, there should be some space between the clef and the note.

Also, in measure 7, the accidental is underneath the bass clef. Is this a desired placement? The printed scores that I have referenced place the clef in front of the accidental.

The overlap with the accidental was more or less intentional to allow more compact spacing, but it's debatable as to whether it's really desirable in this case. And maybe worth revisiting. See for example https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/5020.

The second issue is a very interesting way to reproduce the same issue as #289982: Notes on staff with no/narrow key signature can overlap key signature on other staves, for which I already have a fix pending.
