In the attached score, a text frame has been placed above the title frame.
Go to Add -> Text -> Composer and add some text.
The text unexpectedly appears in a new title frame, which is placed above the text frame.
This is not correct. The text should appear in the existing title frame.

Right-click into the title frame and add composer there
Actually this is a feature, if there is no vertical frame at the beginning of the score, that function adds one. Here there is none, as the 1st frame is a text frame. I'd call this 'by design'
If you want to add a title (or any of the other items in Add) to an existing frame, right click the frame and choose add the appropriate item. It will set the cursor to the appropriate location and set the font appropriately.
