I believe I found the culprit line of code, for this as well as for #291992: “Play Panel” is untranslated, turns out those are really untranslatable currently

It is translatable though, see mscore/mixer.cpp, line 224
and it does show translated in the title bar of the mixer itself, as well as in shortcuts dialog and under the View menu
