“Mixer” in menus bar context menu shows untranslated

not a regression as far as I can tell, in 2.3.2 that entry didn't exist in that menu, It got added sometime duing 3.x, but apparently was never translated/translatable

It is translatable though, see mscore/mixer.cpp, line 224

and it does show translated in the title bar of the mixer itself, as well as in shortcuts dialog and under the View menu

I believe I found the culprit line of code, for this as well as for #291992: “Play Panel” is untranslated, turns out those are really untranslatable currently
