1) Change clef from bass clef to alto clef at the first note of a bar after a forward and backward repeat sign. (MoseScoreError1B.png)
2) Save the file and reopen it.
3) There are now 2 repeat barlines. One looking back and one looking forward. The new clef is now between these two barlines (MoseScoreError1A.png)

This is correct. The clef change happens between the repeated sections, not within either of them (that is, the clef change happens once, not twice). Unless, of course, there is a second clef change and this one does need to appear within the repeat. So in that case, a way to have the clef appear either before or after the repeat as appropriate would be useful.
