- Navigate tp the Time Signature page
- Hover mouse over the Unit button for the Pickup measure
- No tool tip is displayed
Inspection reveals that there is no toolTip entry in the program code - timesigwizard.ui

How is it not a bug. An entire feature is missing because a file was missed in the package.
There is no file missing, but code in it.
However, thanks for bring this up again, it just had fallen between cracks
