Hello! See https://musescore.org/en/node/96811, and if that doesn't help, please ask for help n the Support forum, where there are many people good at diagnosing problems. If/when you post there, tell people which specific version of MuseScore (Help / About), and what you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O.

Thank you for your try to help me.
Problem is nearly the same as for example Acerra Guitar Meetings has described. Playback button always disabled, in Preferences - I/O at PortAudio nothing to choose and everything gray. In the View menu there is Synthetizator gray and unselectable too.
I would like to say that it looks to me as a bug in instalation program 3.2.. Because, after I fell in troubles with version 3.2, I downloaded and instaled the old 2.3.2 version - and everything works correctly. Older version found and indicates all API and Device possibilties, but the new one nothing. I tried 64bit version, 32bit too, beta or up-to-date version, everything the same.. ( not sure if it is the only problem, but this a problem is )
I am on Dell Latitude E5550, I5-5300U, Win 10 Enterprise, a 2 month old instalation, ver.OS 17763.737, MuseScore ver.3.2.3.7635 revision d2d863f and ver.2.3.2 rev.4592407.
Any idea, what to do ? Thank everybody.

Solved. There are two output devices on my computer - Speakers (USB audio) and Speakers / Headphones (Realtek Audio). USB Speakers has been set to Enabled, Realtek has been set to Disabled. Version 2.3.2 was able to cope with this situation and functioned normally even with a disabled device. Unfortunately, version 3.2 does not. It was necessary to set Realtek to Enabled, and then version 3.2 began to work properly. For my computer, it was still necessary to disable speaker output in the Win 10 audio settings. That's all.
