Feature request subsequent to #286185: Bends above the pitched staff are badly-shaped.

  1. Allow the user to adjust the minimum height of bends (i.e. the tallness of bends on the F line and above of the music staff) with a new property (e.g. "Minimum height") in Format > Style > Bend.
  2. A property in the Inspector to adjust the height of individual bends, if needed (e.g. "Height").
  3. And given the limitations of the bend tool (i.e. it only applies bends in stages equal to a staff space (sp.), rather than note to note), the ability to adjust the width of individual bends in the Inspector could be useful.
