Steps to reproduce:
1) Look in "Add > Text" menu, there is no "Roman Numeral Analysis" option

MuseScore 3.3.0.24090 Revision 4761df6

MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

Thankfully it is possible to create a keyboard shortcut to access the RNA, and I'd use that in preference to a menu in any case, but the handbook https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/roman-numeral-analysis-rna says the item should be there.

Strange... on Windows it's the third item in the bottom section. Is it even possible for windows to show it and Mac not?

My guess is you are using MDL or some other extension or have otherwise created a custom workspace that includes custom menu settings. Switch back to one of the default workspaces (Basic or Advanced). If you wish to continue using a custom workspace, make sure it does not use custom menus (View / Workspaces / Edit, uncheck Menus).
