Voltas to play A B / A C / A B / A C
Following this morning's received answers i went on using voltas and measure "play count" properties.
I still have weird issues when mixing voltas and playing more than twice.
My test score goes as : A B(1,3) C(2,4)
where B is 2 measures with a volta having "play 1,3" and C is 2 measures with a volta having "play 1,4"
My closest achievement is reached when i set "measure property's play count" to 4 for C
BUT then this is the playback : A B C / A C / A B+c4 / A C
The wrong part is the begining ABC which should be a plain AB because of the dotted bar and volta
+ "c4" = the last note of C is played together with the last note of B.
My goal is to reach A B / A C / A B / A C
How can i achieve this ?

I'm using musescore 2 on Ubuntu 18.04

I have found several issues on the forum about voltas and repeat issues.

It looks like a very big issue that cannot be properly fixed nor explained. :-/
I'll try to find my way through it but any help is wellcome to achieve A B / A C / A B / A C
Not a bug, plain wrong usage:
You need to set the play count of the first end repat barline to 4 and remove the 2nd repeat barline

I tried your uploaded new version and i also applied your advices on my first version
but in both cases, it leads to : A B / A / A+c2 B / A C

Sorry, try this. The 2nd end repeat is needed (with a play count of 2)

No, it plays A B / A C / A B / A C, in MuseScore 2.3.2 on Windows 7.

Ubuntu 18.04 "appstore" is stuck with Musescore 2.1...
I installed the appimage for Musescore 3 and it now plays as described :-)
I hope this new version will soon reach ubuntu standard repo !

You can get both MuseScore 3 as well as 2.3.2 (the last 2.x version) using the PPA, in which playback of volta had also been corrected.

PPA gives a much better desktop integration than appimages...
