Inserting key signature creates wrong key sig in linked part when score is not concert pitch

1. Create score with alto saxophone in c major (will transpose to a major)
2. Create part.
3. Insert g major key sig in empty measure in score view (will transpose to e major)
4. Switch to part

The new key sig should show as e major here, too. It's shown as c# major instead.

This does not happen when the score is in concert pitch view when the key sig is created.
