When I export (PDF)... notes, autor, text colored stay black. What I´m doing wrong?

I cannot reproduce
Me neither, nor with 3.4.1 on Windows 7 and looking at the PDF (neither self exported nor the one from the attachment) using Adobe Acrobat reader.
So the issue might be the PDF reader you use, it certainly is not MuseScore, as even the PDF you attached is colored
Your PDF viewer may be set to display as "black and white" or "monochrome".
Attachment: there is a screenshot of how the pdf file you added looks like in the web-browser.
But the composer and the text "Tema GTR" should be blue, not black in that PDF. I think we should wait for OP's response.
True, it isn't blue in the OPs PDF, it is though when I export it. And got created with MuseScore 3.4.1 too
I'm still in version 3.3.4.
And when I export, everything looks like it should be.
