I open musescore 3, it loads as normal, and after a second it shuts down. When I reopen it I get the popup saying "The previous session quit unexpectedly. Restore session?" Whether I select yes or no it shuts down again.

If that doesn't help, use -w instead of -F. If that helps, disable the start center, in Preferences > Gerneral disable the start center
