[Mac OS X] Shortcuts for close and minimize don't work for plugin windows, Preferences, floating windows (e.g. Mixer)

This is probably a Mac-only issue, but there is an additional aspect to it: trying to close windows like the Mixer leads to closing the current score itself. The Plugin Manager, Plugin Creator and Preferences, on the other hand, simply disable the shortcut.

To clarify, I used Command M (minimise) and W (Close).
Seems to be Mac only? The Windows shortcut to close a window, Alt+F4, works nicely
