Crash when adding notes via Piano Roll Editor in multimeasure rest

1) In default blank document, press M to enable multimeasure rests.
2) Secondary click on an empty part of the staff to access Piano Roll Editor.
3) Choose the "Insert Note" tool from the toolbar (hidden by default, but click the double arrow button next to the red square button).
4) Enter a note in the piano roll.
