OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2., revision: 148e43f

Steps:

  1. Create new score, one part in treble clef
  2. Add a clef change to bass clef on bar 2
  3. Add a clef change to treble on bar 1 of the second staff
-> courtesy clef appears at the end of the first staff, as expected.
  4. Format->Style->Page, unselect "Create courtesy clefs"

Expected:
Courtesy clef at the end of first staff disappears, clef change on bar 2 remains.

Actual:
Courtesy clef at the end of first staff disappears, clef change on bar 2 disappears as well.

Confirmed, but it isn't happening in the lasted development builds, so I'm assuming ti to be fixed there

Title Removing courtesy clefs removes clef changes Please disable courtesy clefs

Seriously. They mess up midi transfer by mixing up treble and bass. I delete them all (which is a waste of time), but even though they are deleted, and I have disabled 'create courtesy clef ', they export. Let me decide whether I want courtesy clefs or not, please!

Title Please disable courtesy clefs Removing courtesy clefs removes clef changes

Whether there are courtesy clefs or not is under your command. Please don't high jack an unrelated and fixed issue for that
