Lyrics placement - not 'stuck' to notes?
Is there a way to have the lyrics not automatically align with the notes?
I'm transcribing for piano, and do not have a Vocal stave (don't want one either since then that will be added in MIDI playback), but it helps to add the lyrics to the sheetmusic so you know where you're at.
I'm a new MuseScore user, have used Finale Notepad a few times before. I did figure out I can move the lyrics with the arrow keys, but that's starting to look quite messy. (The 'face' has to move to the left too..)

What do you want it to look then? Multiple syllables for one note can get separated by Ctrl+Space

(guess I need to read the manual a little better!)
Or you could just add the lyrics for a measure as staff text.
