Not sure why, but when I change something and go to save, it crashes, is there an instrument that got corrupted?

You may try using 3.5 Beta version, with this version saving this file doesn't lead to crash (so 3.5 version will probably not have this issue either).
With 3.4.2 it indeed crashes for me.

Nevermind I fixed it on my own.
I'd bet it was due to a corrupt part, and removing )and regenerating) that fixed it.
