Windows 10 users (at least) can't use the Ctrl + Alt + Arrow shortcut to navigate to the top or bottom note of a chord, because this reorients the screen instead.

Comments

Stop Windows doing this using:

Right-click desktop > Graphics Options > Hot Keys > Disable

Ctrl + Alt + Arrow shortcuts then work in MS.

The screen-rotation keyboard shortcuts are not a Windows feature; rather, they're a feature of the Intel HD Graphics driver software. You can disable the keyboard shortcuts in the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.
