Project
In MuseScore 3.5 RC:
1) Add a 1-line staff to a score (or open the attached file)
2) Enter Note Entry mode and hover the mouse over the 1-line staff
In staves that are "born" as 1-line, the blue cursor note doesn't show under the mouse pointer, but at about 2 lines of distance below the pointer. When clicking, the notes are also added to this offset position if the instrument is pitched.
This doesn't happen in MuseScore 3.
Although mouse-entry pitch is not common in 1-line staves, this offset will persist if the staff is converted to a standard 5-line staff with a Staff Type Change, in which case the impact of this is bigger (see attached MuseScore file)
