A minor issue that was present in MS 2 as well. Adjustment handles on lines, glissandos etc. don't respond to the score zoom factor. At high zoom levels they effectively disappear.

Confirmed, annoys me too since quite a while
Isn't the current behaviour a Good Thing? As they don't scale they are by definition the same size at a high zoom level as at a low zoom level. They don't disappear. They just look smaller in relation to the score elements, but so what? If they did scale they would surely then become invisible at low zoom levels and difficult to find with the mouse.
