Note Entry position incorrect with Tab-staff when scaled

1) Create new score with a tablature instrument (e.g., acoustic guitar)
2) Edit Staff properties to give staff scale to be something like 60%
3) Insert into Note Entry and traverse string positions via keyboard shortcut

Notice that the blue-highlighter is not in alignment of the actual staff-lines!
