How to make flex ensemble brackets

I've been tasked with making a an arrangement of a piece for flex band. I have finished the arrangement and need only to add the flex brackets. I've attached an example of what it should look like. I can't figure out how to put brackets to the left of the instrument names(and then numbers).

This would then need to be on every page of the score.

Is this possible in Musescore?

This really isn't possible in version 3. It's possible someone will come up with a complex workaround to make it happen. Version 4 might be able to do this without a workaround. Similar things are being promised.
