If it doesn't open "any more" try double click on a musescore file.
Could be the stuck caps lock key getting in the way, try rebooting the computer, which might fix both issues :-)

Seems a few of key keys are out of order on his keyboard as well. He might consider reading all of #275837: MuseScore crashes during start-up while displaying "Start center" to see if that helps.
