[Accessibility] - Unable to adjust note groupings in time signature properties

When in the time signature properties dialog or when creating a new time signature with irregular note groupings (e.g., 3+2+3/8), it's ok to enter texts and define unit and beats amount. But it's impossible to define note grouping (beaming) in the 3 boxes, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32. We have to click the break point to set beam breaks or click the break point to connect beams. If possible, this implementation can be done:
1. use left/right arrow among noteheads. NVDA will announce note number such as 4th eighth, and if beam begins, continues or ends;
2. Use application key or right click to bring up a menu for beam start or continue, press enter to apply.
