Some "lines" show up on score and parts, some don't
Let me be specific first: I added "let ring---" to a vibraphone note, and couldn't find an option to show it in both score and part. If I add it to the score first, it doesn't show up in the part, and vice-versa.
So, in general:

Can I change that property of a line, so that the "let ring" appears on both score and parts?

Can I save a custom line or text to be recalled later? For example: If I create |---bring out---| and want to use it multiple times, across other instruments (copy/paste also doesn't seem to work with lines).
One workaround is to use staff text, but that doesn't have beginning and ending anchor points.

It looks like the lack of PM and LV lines both no being propagated to the parts is a bug. It should be reported at https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236. I think the severity should be minor since, in answer to you other questions, it is possible to add a pedal and modify it to work like a let it ring or modify a line so it looks like LV (let it ring) or PM (palm mute) and these are both propagated to parts.

EDIT: OH! There's a generic "text line" that works even better. The one that looks like VII----]
