Taking into consideration Marc Sabatella's concern about being able to traverse per section, specifically getting frames through commands for increased accessibility, here is an issue for suggestion so that there's a # for potential PR.

I will push a PR soon showing a simple change that should benefit accessibility.

P.S.: This PR has been updated to also include a traverse command for sections, which will take the user [next/prev] section. This includes frames so that the result may be the first frame of a new section and not just the first chord/rest of a measure like with current behavior of next/previous measure for instance.

One more thing to do related with this issue is to get another command involved here: [Go to playback cursor position]. Updated: which is now currently implemented.
