Measure numbers can not be relocated
On a blank new score move a measure number, save the file, and reopen. It will not be where you put it. Automatic Placement checked or unchecked has no effect.

I can't reproduce this on my setup:
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.0.487916429, revision: 1977cb3
This started after upgrading. I'm running Windows 10.
I've seen another issue today, where a measure number had been relocated (and was causing a huge gap between staves) so this is possible
This is a known issue with 3.6 already fixed for the upcoming 3.6.1. It has to do with a change to measure numbers to not scale with staff size any more, but the code handling the manual adjustments never got the memo.
