black screen when trying to install musescore 3
when i open musescrore after installing it i get nothing but a black screen. did not do that with musescore 2

My guess is you are on a system that for whatever reason - lack of full OpenGL support, perhaps - cannot display this initial dialog asking for permission to send telemetry data. Try just hitting Esc to answer "no" and see if that gets you in. If not, then indeed, we need more info about your system - what OS for sure, also how old the machine is, and if possible, what processor and graphics system it uses.
