Adding accidental to trill in score makes it jump back to the beginning

Use the Line trill function to put a trill over a long note late in the score.
Select the trill and attempt to put an Accidental on it (to get a ½ step)
This sends the score back to the start. The accidental may or may not actually 'take'.

Actually I don't observe it jumping back to the beginning but I do see that the score doesn't update immediately and you have to change something else (or save/reload) to get it to appear. Strangely that was one of the first things I fixed in MuseScore v4, and at the time I'm sure it was working in v3...
I also note that playback is broken (it ignores the accidental).
