Was this score created from scratch in 1.3, or imported from GP then manipulated and saved? Assuming the former, do you have any insight into at what point the problem appeared? Immediately upon closing the "create new score" wizard, or did you do something else?
Some interesting things happen when dragging the score to the left...
1. It takes until about measure 3 to get the blue bar to come up. When it does, it says measure #4 at the top.
2. At one point the blue bar is misdrawn, starting where Chen's image shows things skewing off at keyboard #3.
It was created from scratch in 1.3 - a full score with all its content deleted.
It seems the problem becomes more apparent if there are many bars - I don't think I could reproduce with a reduced amount, for example.

The alignment is maybe ok now but nothing is displayed int the continuous view panel.
The problem of nothing displayed is caused by XML markups in the field name like this one :
font size="8"/>font face="Times New Roman"/>Elec.
Gtr. 1
Is it normal to find that there? When we remove these codes, the panel looks fine.
It's normal for scores imported from 1.3 I think. And markup like that can be created in 2.0 (manually, at least).
Should be easy to remove that - just call Text::plainText()
