As mentioned, MuseScore never ever deletes any of your files. Assuming you actually saved it, then it is still right there in the exact same folder you saved it to, under the exact same filename. If you can't remember what folder you saved to, a nice trick to find it again is to create a new score, save that, and pay attention to what folder it defaults to - it will be the same as the last folder you saved to. With luck that's the one. Otherwise, use whatever facilities your computer provides to search your entire hard drive for files ending in ".mscz".
