Print copies of tab score are missing several elements that do show correctly on the screen and on the .pdf

  1. Create a mandolin (tablature) score that includes eighth rests, dotted quarter notes and a Bb chord, making sure to "show rests"
  2. Check that the score appears correctly on the screen either when viewing the .mscz file or .pdf of that score
  3. Print the score (I'm using an HP color laserjet Pro m255dw printer)
  4. The eighth rests, dots (on the respective quarter notes) and the "flat" (small b) do not show up on the printed sheet
