Je ne peux plus utiliser le raccourci pour faire des triolets.? Il me faut utiliser la barre d'outil.

Maybe you'd need to revert to factory settings? At least the shortcuts?
But ISTR reports where a plain and simple restart of MuseScore helped already in such cases
Add > Tuplets > Triple being the workaround

Hi I tried to revert to factory settings, it doesn't work at all. Then I reloaded Musescore, with no effect at all as well. I don't understand why this is such a mess with that one, especially when I wanted to write a full work with the triollets...
Ctrl+3 just works for me (and does so ever since). But maybe you installed some software that catches this before MuseScore gets a chance to see it?

Have you checked is ctrl+3 is not linked to another actions in your shortcuts definition?
Or try to reassign ctrl+3 to triplet
Or assign another key to triplet as a workaround
Can you give the steps you are following? Your score shows one tuplet - how did you enter that? Does the Add menu work, then?
Note that Ctrl_3 only works in note input mode, or in normal mode only if something is selected. If you are in normal mode with nothing selected, it's to be expected that nothing would happen.
