Strings portamento gliss. always ends with 1st note repeated, pizzicato
The subject line says it all. When writing for strings (solo or section), a portamento glissando between two notes always causes the first note to be repeated, pizzicato, when the second note is reached. The attached file demonstrates. It uses the MuseScore_General.sf3 soundbank. Is this correctable or should I file a bug report?

Interestingly enough, your score plays as you say. When I deleted the gliss and re-entered it, the gliss played properly. No idea why. I use an sf2 (apparently unofficial) version of the General HQ font. I believe the HQ version has string enhancements and more. You can get the sf3 (official) HQ font as an extension.

I tried deleting the gliss. and re-entering it. No difference; the pizz. is still there. Also tried with both the official .sf3 and .sf2 General HQ soundbanks. The pizz. is present with both (also with the MuseScore-tweaked Aegean Symphony soundfont). I doubt the soundbank has anything to do with the problem. I'll file a bug report on the Issue tracker.
Thanks for #328477: Strings portamento gliss. always ends with 1st note repeated, pizzicato
