In the attached score, select measure 5 (immediately before the courtesy key signature), right click, select measure properties and change the measure duration to e.g. 3/4. The measure and courtesy key signature are not displayed correctly. However, this no longer occurs after you save, close, and reopen the score.

Ouch, bad indeed! It also gets fixed if you remove and re-add the system break.
