Add/Text/Composer Type name and hit Return to add 2 lines (e.g. arranger). It crashes.
- I also can't Delete bars
- or change the number of beats
-and the Inspector doesn't come up with F2 or the alternatives.
Workround - go back to 3.6.2!

One bug per issue please, and a meaningful title.
The inspector is no longer, it is in the properties tab now, that much is by design. See also https://musescore.org/en/node/340482
the text/enter issue might be a duplicate of #340644: Text crash
The delete measures and change number of beats need more explanation and a sample score
The only thing I can agree with is your workaround,😬
