CHANGE OF KEY
WHEN THERE IS A CHANGE OF KEY AFTER A REPEAT BAR LINE, THE NEW KEY SIGNATURE IS PRESENTED ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BARLINE. ( BEHIND THE REPEAT BAR LINE AND NOT INFRONT) IT DOES APPEAR CORRECTLY WITH OTHER TYPES OF BARLINES.

Your capslock key is stuck
This is, however, the correct behavior according to Behind Bars. The key only changes once, so it's technically incorrect to place it within the repeated section. It is however true that not all editors follow this rule.
