Ottava bassa default in MS 4
When using ottava bassa, I prefer the look of "8vb" to avoid confusion with ottava alta or "8va", but every time I use this, I have to manually go inside the element properties to change the text to "ottavaBassaVb".
I know in MS4 there is an option to save this as the default of my current score, but is there a way I can change this default within the program files or something, to have this apply to all my scores?

Wrong approach, instead in Properties untick "Show numbers only"

my bad, I didn't clarify I already did that step. Here's how I put 8vb in my scores:
1) Place ottava bassa
2) Propetries; Untick "Show numbers only" (Still displays ottava bassa as "8va") [Screenshot #1]
2) Properties, Text; Beginning text: add "Vb" right after "Bassa" in the system brackets. Still displays the 8vb as system text rather than regular text [Screenshot #2]

Ah, I see, the common missunderstanding, the "va" in Italian is like the "." in German or the "st", "nd", "rd", "th" in English, that "a" does not stand for alta, so the "b" is not really needed, for any ottava below the staff
The only option I see is to created (and subsequently use) a custom palette with these modified ottavas
